Dave Costello – Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Costello, Chief Technology Officer for Senspex, Inc. has been a commercial researcher and product development engineer in the field of optical sensors, devices, and spectral analysis for over twenty years. He has been a key member of R&D management for three start-up technical venture companies and the lead inventor in nine US patents for fiber optic spectroscopy sensors, sensor production methods, and miniature low-power solid-state laser systems. Mr. Costello has served on NASA advisory panels for international space station bio-analytical and smart sensor instrumentation, and for environmental remediation sensor technologies for the US Department of Energy. Mr. Costello was awarded a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
