Service Center Coordinator
Robert Luzicka is the Service Center Coordinator/Technical Lead at Senspex, Inc. In this capacity, he plays a vital role in supporting the management of the Service Center by effectively organizing and overseeing repair services. His responsibilities encompass keeping stakeholders informed with updates, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing a real-time status of ongoing repairs. On a daily basis, Robert handles tasks that involve diagnosing issues, performing repairs, conducting verification and testing, calibrating equipment, and engaging in complex troubleshooting processes, particularly in relation to sensor equipment and thermal imaging cameras.
Prior to Senspex, Robert served with pride for four years in the United States Marine Corps as an Electro-Optics Technician. During this period, he was deployed to various locations, including Afghanistan and Iraq, in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. His military experience provided him with extensive expertise in servicing and maintaining a diverse range of optics and fire control systems.
Robert is a graduate of the USMC Electro-Optical Ordnance Repairman school of the US Army and achieved the rank of Corporal as a Non-Commissioned Officer. He also holds certifications in IPC J-STD-001 Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies and is certified by Genetec.
